So guys, I was wondering about the pokemon timeline. I came up with one, with a little opinon thrown in there.

-Arceus hatched
-Arceus creates universe with Dialga/Palkia/Giratina
-Arceus creates The lake trio
-The weather trio comes into being- Kyorge from the pressure of the oceans, Groudon from hardened minerals in the earth and Rayquaza from minerals in the atmosphere.
-Arceus creates Regigigas
-Weather trio form the continents
-Regigigas tows continents around.
-Sinnoh East and Sinnoh West collide, forming Mt Coronet
-Regigigas creates Regice, Registeel and Regirock from molten lava, rock and ice.
-Arceus creates Mew
-Mew creates all pokemon non legendary pokemon. The pokemon live in harmony for about a million years.
-Genesect appears
-Humans come around
-Arceus comes to earth and grants humans the Jewel of Life
-The war in Mystery of Mew occurs

After this, it becomes modern blah blah blah

My timeline is a bit simpler. I go by the games, and I see them in this order: RGBY -> GSC -> RS -> FRLG -> E -> DP -> Pt -> HGSS -> BW

A lot of fanon things and original stories in there that make up the timeline for me, so it would be a while to explain. But that is basically it. The games go in the order they came out in. 8D; Make sense to me at least...

You forgot to mention that Arceus created the creation trio first. Also humans created Genesect?
If you mention Genesect you might as well add Mewtwo, whom humans also genetically spliced and created.

Actually according to its Pokedex entries, Genesect was a prehistoric Pokemon revived from a fossil. Team Plasma technologically altered it in an attempt to great the most powerful Pokemon ever.

I only went there once with a hacked Genesect to get the cassettes for it but apparently it wasn't the correct Genesect. Oh, well. But yeah, if you look at Genesect's bulbapedia page, theres a little section on it there. I think its interesting when Pokemon have some kind of history around them.

I only count the stuff that happens in the storyline as actual facts of history. Any mythology or scientific theory that's brought up I don't count unless they show us evidence that supports it.
