Pokemon Trainer Diaries: A day of a random trainer

Male Announcer: (Ethusastic voice) "Hi! And welcome to Pokemon Trainer Diaries. Here we take a look at a day in the life of a random trainer! Who do we have today?"

"Why its Marco from Pallet town! For all who don't know, Marco is a 14 year old boy who has spiky brown hair, is around 5ft tall and blue eyes. He spent only a month or so as a trainer in his home of Kanto because his parents moved house to Sinnoh and he followed with his beloved bulbasaur starter."

"Today is a surprisingly lovley warm sunny day in Sinnoh and we see Marco resting under the shade of a nice big tree beside the Floraoma Meadow..."

Marco is fast asleep, his pokeballs are beside him in his bag and his bulbasaur is running around, making the most of being out of its pokeball. Suddenly, the bulbasaur creeps up to Marco's bag and uses its vines to bring out a pokeball and accidently releases Marcos Wishcash into the nearby river.

As the wishcash comes out of the pokeball, its whiskers tickle bulbasaur by accident. Bulbasaur starts getting upset and uses vine whip to tickle the wishcash. Wishcash feeling playful decides to start tickling every pokemon in its path. It starts swimming around and finds a azurall spashing about in the cool refreshing water. Wishcash swims up close to it and uses tickle on it with its whiskers. The azurall starts to laugh "AzzurrAzzurrallllalllll!" Suddenly two Azumarril come close to the Azurall, trying to protect it by the looks of them. Wishcash uses tickle on both of them and dives deep into the waters below.

One the side of the bank, bulbasaur looks a bit upset at wishcash for tickling things, so it tries to leech seed/vine whop wishcash but its attacks miss.

Meanwhile back at the shady tree, Marco begins to awaken. "Yawwn, what a lovley rest. Sure is a nice place here bulbasaur." "Bublasaur?... where are you? Who took my wishcash from its pokeball?" Marco looks around shaken up and upset at what he has discovered. "OK, come on out starly" he shouts as he rgrabs and releases his starly from its pokeball "starrrleyy" it cries.

"OK starley, bulbasaur and wishcash are missing and I don't know what happened. Could you fly up high and check if you see them around?" So starley begins to climb high in the sky and looks around. Sure enough, in distance it sees wishcash tickling a bunch of magikarp and bulbasaur trying to use mega drain to stop wishcash. "starr...sratt...starley" starley cries to Marco. "Whats up? Have you seen them?" Starley nods and points MArco in the right direction.

Shortly Marco catches up to bulbasaur and wishcash. "Uhhh... what do you think your doing here? And wishcash, how'd you get out of your pokeball?" Bulbasaur looks down in dismay "Was it you who let wishcash our bulbasaur?" Marco questions bulbasaur. "Bulbaaa" Bulbasaur whines. "No matter, as long as your both safe." says Marco. Suddenly a rushing of water can be heard coming from below wishcash. "Um... whats that noise?" says Marco in a worried tone.

Marco gets wishcash safely back in its pokeball and as soon as he does, a large garydos appears out of the water and does not look happy. Wishcash should not have tickled the magikarp me thinks.

"Wow, a garydos" says Marco in a startled tone and jumps back. Bulbasaur then turns to the garydos and uses leech seed on it and it hits. "Tnak you bulbasaur!" says Marco happily. "Bulba...Bulbasaur!" The bulbasaur uses mega drain and zaps the garydos energy and it swims back to the depths. "Good job bulba...what?" as soon as Marco says this, something great happens. "Bulba...Bulba...Ivy...Ivysaur!" Yes, bulbasaur became Ivysaur! "Wow, I have an Ivysaur!" excaims Marco in a happy tone and pulls out his pokedex.

"Ivysaur the Seed Pokemon and the evolved form of Bulbasaur. The bud on its back apparently draws energy from its body. The bud is said to open into a large flower when fully grown."

"Wow, you look so much stronger now Ivysaur! Just don't ever do what you did again, understand?" Ivysaur nots and apologises. Marco then puts Ivysaur back in its pokeball and prepares to head of to the next town on his journey.

Male Announcer: "Well, looks like Marco should be more careful when letting his pokemon out, but he did get a ivysaur after bulbasaur defeated the garydos. I am sure with the right amount of care and love, all Marcos pokemon can do well and learn whats right and not right to do in future. Thats all for now. Tune in next time for another installment of Pokemon Trainer Diaries!"

Okay, a Gyarados wouldn't as affect by Mega Drain as any other Water-type, due to the fact it's a part Flying-type. And why does he have a Whiscash? For me, it's a bit of a plothole. How did he get it? Plus, you have minor misspellings.

I'm not sure how him *having* a Whiscash is a plot hole. It's not like they're rare or especially hard to get.

Well, this is my first real story idea (besides summer island were I had no idea really of what I was writing about)

Yes mega drain would not do much to a garydos, but it basically did not want to fight bulbasaur anymore and left the scene (not typical for a garydos, but still). Oh, I should have explained the wishcash thing too, even though I did not really have to as with many trainers we don't know how they got many pokemon, but I suppose since it was in the plot, it should be explained:

Marco when he first entered Sinnoh, was facinated by all the new pokemon around such as budew and bibarel as many trainers do when they see new pokemon for the first time. He decided to see what he could do with his trusty rod he got from his father when he became a trainer, see what new pokemon he could catch. It was a long rod, made of strong steel and wood and was painted red. It was near the fugeo ironworks he caught the barboach in the first place. He had a long struggle getting the pokemon and beating it with his bulbasuar so he could capture it. He liked coming back the the floraoma meadow and letting the barboach play around in the river it had lived before he caught it.

He battled with it well, beating several trainers and their pokemon with it and his bulbasaur over a peorid of a few months, and one day, it evolved into wishcash. He was pleased by this, but he had noticed that when it became a wishcash, it became kind of a cheeky pokemon and liked to tease other pokemon, so he was careful with it.

Thanks for clearing that up, dude. Was confused how he got Whiscash. In the games, you needed a Super Rod to snag one.

Another day in a trainers life... Today we see TV presenters Gabby and TY on another hunt of a top trainer. It is a cloudy day, cool breeze.


Gabby: "Hey Ty! Looks like there is a budding hopeful pokemon trainer ahead here in the Petalburg woods."

Ty: "Lets go and find out."

Gabby and ty walk up to a young trainer about 12-13 years old wearing a battered red baseball cap, jeans and a black jacket. He has hazel color eyes and dark spiky hair under his cap. He is about 4ft 7 and average weight for his height.

Ty: "Hello, please excuse me, my name is Ty and this is my partner Gabby and we are looking to film us battling up coming trainers in the field. You may have seen us on TV before"

Trainer (in a startled tone): "Wow really? So I take it you want to battle me then?"

Gabby: "Yes, if you think your good enough."

Gabby (whispers): "Ty, this kid does not look so strong, maybe we can beat him."

Gabby: "Now before we begin, I'd like to ask you a few questions if thats alright."

Trainer: "Yeah, go right ahead."

Gabby: "Well, first few questions are simple. What is your name, where do you come from and how old are you?"

Trainer: "My name is Jordan Kenneth. I am from Rustboro near here and I am 12 years old."

Gabby (trying to rush things along): "Good Good. Ty you getting this?"

Ty: "Yep, great footage right here as always!"

Gabby: "Alright. So Jordan, when did you become a trainer?"

Jordan Kenneth: "I began a year ago. I got my first starter from Professor Birch, a Treecko. It was kinda hard for a while getting used to it and catching pokemon, but I learned."

Gabby: "Thats cool. Do you have any pokemon with you now that you can battle us with?"

Jordan Kenneth (sounding confident): "Sure, I have 4 pokemon fully healed and ready, just say the word and I'll face you, but be warned, I won't go easy on ya!"

Gabby: (whispers to Ty) "I don't think he can win, he may seem confident, but I don't know, I'm not going to go easy on him at all!"

Gabby, Ty and Jordan step into a clearing in the woods and prepare to battle.

Gabby: "We will each use two pokemon. If you defeat us, you'll win, simple."

Jordan: "I'm ready if you are!"

Gabby and Ty: "Alright then!"

Gabby: "Go Magneton!"

Ty: "Go Exploud!"

Jordan Kenneth: "Thats all you got? Go Metagross and Swellow!"

Gabby and Ty look a bit in shock by seeing a young trainer with a metagross.

Ty (Startled): "Wow kid, where did the metagross come from?"

Jordan Kenneth: "Oh Metagross? I walked into the pokemon day care near Verdanturf town a few months ago and the man there said that champion Steven left his beldum there. Another trainer from far away, Kanto I think, left his ditto there for a while and an egg was found a short time later. So when I came, the day care couple asked if I could have the egg, so I agreed. Soon I had a beldum."

"Beldum was a bit stubborn and took plenty of training and finally it became a metang. It and I got on well, and after more battles and losses, a week ago it became Metagross!"

Gabby: "Thats a cool story kiddo, but it won't help you win! You can have first move then."

Jordan Kenneth: "Swellow fly up high then use ariel ace on Exploud! Metagross use Earthquake on both of them!"

Gabby: "Magneton, use magnet rise to dodge earthquake!"

Ty: "Dodge the ariel ace Exploud then use hyper voice on swellow!"

Magneton avoids the earthquake with magnet rise and Exploud takes a lot of damage from it and manages to barely dodge ariel ace. It lands hyper voice on swellow doing quite a bit of damage.

Gabby: "Haha, your not getting off that easily you know, metagross or no metagross."

Jordan Kenneth: "Metagross, Hammer Arm Exploud!, Swellow use roost to regain health."

Ty: "Hyper Beam Metagross and try to avoid its Hammer Arm!"

Gabby: "Thunderbolt Swellow, Magneton!"

Swellow uses roost on a nearby tree, but gets hit with a thunderbolt from magneton and faints. Metagross lands hammer arm on Exploud and it faints before it can user hyper beam.

Ty: "Oh, you are a good trainer, see Gabby? Return Exploud"

Ty recalls exploud and the battle continues.

Gabby: "Hush Ty, your breaking my concerntration. Thunderbolt Metagross Magneton!"

Magnetons Magnet rise wears off and it can now be hit with ground moves.

Jordan Kenneth: "Return Swellow! Metagross Earthquake magneton!"

Thunderbolt lands on metagross but it does not do much damage. Metagross uses earthquake. It shakes down two trees and they land on magneton and it faints. Ty and Gabby have to jump out of the way of the impact.

Ty: "That was awsome, I got some great footage right here!"

Gabby: "Looks can be decieving. I thought you to be a average trainer, but I guessed wrong."

Jordan Kenneth (holding his left arm up high with hand in a fist) (In a confident happy tone): "Don't judge a book by its cover."

Gabby: What would you like to say to the camera on your victory?"

Jordan Kenneth (cheerful tone): "Be warned, Jordan Kenneth is here! One of these days I am going to beat the rest of the gyms I need to beat and challange the Hoenn pokemon league!"

Ty: "Ok, I got all the footage I need."

Gabby (calm tone): "We have to go now, thanks for a great battle, be sure to check this out on tv on the next pokemon trainer show in 3 days. It should be aired at 8pm. Good luck on your trainer journey!"

SO Gabby and Ty leave Jordan feeling very happy. After the pokemon trainer show is aired, trainers from all over Hoenn, new and upcoming trainers appear to challage Jordan. Think Jordan has a lot of training and interesting times ahead.
