I have a couple questions regarding the pokemon unknown
1. What is the best way to encounter a shiny unknown?
2. Does each letter has its own shiny?

Best way to encounter a Shiny Unown is just to go out there and search until you do, there's really no shortcuts to finding shinies. As for each letter? Yes, every letter can be Shiny, except in Gold, Silver and Crystal versions, where only "I" and "V" can be Shiny.

K about the second question though that's not what I ment I know that shiny (A) is blue but what about the others will they be blue or a different color?

They're all blue. Also, Unown sucks anyway. Don't know why you'd want a shiny one. Try to get a shiny Porygon, man, those things are nice.

I agree I just thought that since the places where you find unknown doesn't have any other pokemon I figured it would be easy to get a shiny 1. With the luck I have at the slots things I will never get a shiny porygon. I really want a shiny rayquaza but there's no way in h*ll I will ever be lucky enough to get 1

There was a distribution this summer of shiny rayquaza so it probably wouldn't be very hard to trade for one
