It claims that the earliest form of writing in the Pokemon world occured 1500 years prior to the events of generation I.

I doubt this is accurate, no where in the games do they mention that this was infact the first language in human(pokemon) history. If I recall, it only claims that the ancients used a language similar to that of the Unown.

Braille was also used as a form of writing in the legends of the Golems. One could assume that in the ancient universe of Pokemon, an ancient civilization did infact use a witten language similar to that of modern braille. We know that the Legendary Golems pre-date the Ruins of Alph, and I am sure that they sealed Regigigas away long before the Alph civilization came to be.

Personally, I think the entire article should be scrapped. For instance, it says that Gen IV takes place at the same time as Gen II, but Pal Park clearly treats Gen III Hoenn and Kanto as contemporary locations, so obviously somethings off here.

Not really. Pal park seems more like a place where the Pokemon of "retired" trainers go. All it says is that it travelled from far away, not that it jus recently got there.

Also you say contepmorary locations, in actuality they are. Kanto and Hoenn do exist at the same time as Sinnoh and Johto, the events that take place don't, so what you probably meant was contemporary timelines. In the begining of D/P, they make references to the Red Gyarados, which makes it quite obvious they are in the same timeline. Now if we count Colosseum/XD as canon, their timelines co-exist with the timelines of RSE/RBY, yet Colosseum and XD are five years apart.

The only evidence one could suggest for Kanto/Hoenn saga being in the same timeline as Sinnoh is Pal park, which was only included to appease the fans. I doubt if the events of RSE/RBY took place at around the same time as DP, that the trainers of RBY/RSE would be releasing their Pokemon to be caught by someone else.

Especially since, remember, GSC says the events of RBY happened "three years ago". DP clearly take place contemporaneously with GSC, as RSE do with RBY, and the Pal Park theory is the best way to rectify their crossgen trading this time. I mean, we're not screaming "OH TIME TRAVEL SO WHY CELEBI?" when Gen II's around trading with Gen I.

Also while e're here, I want to bring up the weird way the Sinnoh Myths are written:

Betray not your anger, lest ??? will
come.
Weep not with sorrow, or ??? will
draw near.
When joy and enjoyment come natural
as the very air, that is happiness.
Let such be blessed by the hand
of Master ???.
Those words were spoken often
as customary.

Okay, I get it, they skip a line every time it's a new line in the game, but it makes reading it awkward. Should we not just have one line per sentence?

And as for longer stories like the veilstone myth, break in to a new stanza whenever the game asks us to turn the page or something

actually, since DP starts with the Red gyrados thing, then wouldn't DP a little after the beginning of GSC? like, a month or so?

another sinnoh myth

i remember this one from heart so it may have a few errors

Look not in to the Pokemons eyes
In but an instant you will have no recollection of who you are
Touch not the Pokemon
for in a scant five days, all emotion will drain away.
Above all, harm not the Pokemon,
for in three days, the offender will grow immobile in entirety.
