The pop-up will run from January 26th to April 19th, located in the museum's Cranbourne Boutique. This time span was extended past the original shorter schedule, but tickets are still completely booked and the Natural History Museum states that no more tickets will be released. Customers at the in-person pop-up will receive an oversized Pikachu at the Museum card free with a purchase of other pop-up merchandise. The card will also be available as a gift with purchase from select UK retailers beginning January 30th, though those retailers are not yet specified.
Other merchandise available at the pop-up has been announced, including the previously revealed Pikachu plush and the newly debuted pins, totes, apparel, and stationery. Purchases will be limited to one of each item for each in-person visitor. Much, but not all, of the merchandise will be available from the Natural History Museum’s online shop, which ships worldwide, and a limited range will be available via the Pokémon Center UK. Online purchases are limited to five of each item per customer. The museum clarifies that the Pikachu at the Museum card will not be available online in any capacity.
All purchases of merchandise from the museum and its online store will benefit their scientific missions, including supporting the work of 400 scientists doing research benefitting the planet.
Those looking for more information can check the Natural History Museum’s website to see if tickets happen to be relisted, and can sign up for emails from the Pokémon Center UK to be notified when merchandise is available there.
