I just like drawing certian Pokemon. My favorite is Articuno and Lugia, I also like Espeon and Umbreon. Some Pokemons designs are really pretty together, and make a great love story together tieing in with with game plots.

I never knew what shipping was until Bulbagarden. I liked drawing Pokemon together but never knew it was called that so I'm still not sure exactly what it means, besides writing stories and drawing Pokemon related characters together as a couple.

The only ones I really like at all are Pansear/Panpour and Simisear/Simipour. But there are kind of obvious reasons for that. |D
 
The only one I really like is Ash's PikachuxDawn's Buneary. They are just so adorable. <3
 
Most of the Pokémon ships I love are PMD ships.
BeachShipping (Hero x Partner, PMD2), Hero x Partner PMD1, GuildShipping (Guildmaster Wigglytuff x Chatot), OhMyGoshShipping (Sunflora x Loudred), RendShipping (Grovyle x Shiny Celebi) NostalgiaShipping a little bit (Hero x Grovyle), Sunflora x Chimecho, Chimecho x Croagunk, Hero x Chatot, Hero x Gengar, Gengar x Gardevoir, Ekans x Medicham, Hero x Gardevoir........the list could go on. XD
 
I think there was a similar thread to this before, oh well, I don't recall the title of it.
Let's see. I'm not much of a shipper, but I do think some Pokemon are just perfectly made for each other and make adorable couples (not to mention most have some canon evidence, whether in the anime, manga, etc).


Espeon X Umbreon
Glaceon X Leafeon
Simisear X Simipour
Nidoking X Nidoqueen
Mandibuzz X Braviary
Scrafty X Audino

Anything not those is UNACCEPTABLE!

True, I've drawn a lot of pictures with them two. In the anime they were always playing, it was so cute! Soon I'm gonna draw a picture of Dawn and her Buneary with Ash and his Pikachu.

Wow Wigglytuff x Chatot? I never thought of that but I could see it happening. Chatot did always seem to favor Wigglytuff and did whatever he said.

Yeah I love Espeon and Umbreon! But.. Whats unacceptable?

I'm suprised no one likes any legendary ships? Since a lot of them have a very specific background, like Groudon and Kyogre always fighting.

Heh, sounds good, though I don't support Ash with anyone and I prefer Dawn with Barry. xP

Me neither I just think it would be cute. As weird as it may seem I'm not big in to shipping with anything other than Pokemon, but Pokemon and humans are fun to ship too. I prefer Ash with Misty as cliche as that may sound.
 
I guess the obvious ones are the male/female counterparts: Nidoking/Nidoqueen, Tauros/Miltank, Braviary/Mandibuzz, etc.

Gallade/Gardevoir really stands out for the knight/princess idea. (And yes, I know there can be male Gardevoir.)

Espeon/Umbreon is best pairing. And oh, pardon me, I meant to say anything that contradicted the ones I listed, I dislike.
(ex. Umbreon/Mightyena or Scrafty/Lilligant, etc.)
 
Oh, I particularly love Solana's Plusle x Lunick's Minun and Wes's Espeon x Umbreon. (Although that last one is technically a yaoi one.)
@Mumzy Yeah, I always liked GuildShipping (Guildmaster Wigglytuff x Chatot)....it's one of my guilty pleasure pairings. And pretty much one of the only yaoi ships I support...the only other one that comes to mind is Wes's Espeon x Umbreon, because both those Pokés are always male in that game.

I'll admit it--I'm an Alephshipper (Golett/Golurk) and I've been one for the past several months. I just didn't know it. Case in point: If I have a Golett in my party on Black, I have to have a Golurk to go with it. It's like they need each other or something. Do. Not. Ask.

As for Pokemon/human pairings, I'm a Sturdyshipper (Hilda/Sawk). I just find that ship adorable. I'm weird, I know.

I agree hilda and Sawk are a good pair, I don't think that's weird? I also like Cynthia and Garchomp. But I suppose that's off topic.
That's funny I have a Luxray and a Buneary I always keep together in a party. I've also drawn them together a lot. I should show some pictures soon.

You drew that? That's some impressive work! Do you have a place you post your art?
Articuno/Lugia is pretty cute, I know it's fairly popular as well. I haven't drawn/written any of it myself but I might be tempted in the future...
 
@Swanna - I actually found that one on Sheezy art and it's one I've been basing a drawing on, in which I'm about done with. Though it's a water color painting. Yeah I have a thread up but it's totally not finished. Until Luna Tiger mentioned it I couldn't find the ship until now. So thanks! :)
 
I like Samurott X Emboar, but I don't know why. Probably the fact that some of the fanart is really cute.

I also tend to ship some of my game Pokemon with each other, depending on the personalities I imagine them having and how they interact throughout the game. Zebstrika X Emolga, Beartic X Weavile and Luxray X Torterra are a few examples.

For the record, this is the artist, Moonlight by ~Articuno on deviantART and when posting pictures, you need to be clear either you didn't draw it (and preferably link back to the artist) or be clear you /did/ draw it.

Problem is I just found it on Google, so I was lead to that site for it.


@Gotpika - Hah, Stunfisk being shipped.. Uum interesting pear.

@Winterdaze - When shipping my Pokemon I usually go by their design and wether I had kinda trained them throught the game in my party or something. Sometimes personality too.

EDIT: I just remembered something, was anyone really interested Zaroua and Celebi as a ship in the Zoruark movie?
