If it doesn't have anything in parenthethes then it is just a next evolution. Pre means a new preevolution.
Sandslash
Dugtrio
Marowak
Kangaskhan(pre)
Lapras(pre)
Eevee(I know it has a lot, but I would love it if they had more types or maybe even third evolutions for all the forms)
Lanturn
Sudowoodo
Quagsire
Girafarig
Qwilfish
Heracross
Skarmory(this one could use both a pre and next evolution)
Donphan
Stantler
Sableye
Mawile
Torkoal
Altaria
Zangoose
Seviper
Tropius(pre)
Absol(both pre and next)
Pachirisu
Lucario
Toxicroak
Carnivine

i think lucario, skarmory and heracross are strong enough as it is

i'd like to see an evollution of pinser :)

Pinsir doesn't need an evolution either.

Why on earth do people think that these Pokémon even need one? Skarmory is one of the best physical walls in the game, Heracross and Lucario are extremely strong fighting types as well.

well noone uses pinsir at all, and there isnt another single bug type that anyone would use, i think it could become somthing awsome :)

If it wasn't for the 90 speed, which isn't that bad anyway, Lucario would dominate. its physical variants can make short work of Skarmory with Swords dance, and Mixed sets just make it hard to know what to switch in. Actually, considering its variety, its pretty hard getting a proper counter in.

The only reason why Pinsir isn't used much is because Heracross can do everything Pinsir can do but better. That's not enough reason to get an evolution though.

Currently the only things that make Pinsir unique is that it has two abilities that Heracross doesn't have. Hyper Cutter (attack can't be lowered) and Mold Breaker (Attacks ignore abilities).

Opinions in bold.

Dugtrio What.
Marowak What.
Eevee What.
Heracross What.
Skarmory(this one could use both a pre and next evolution) What.
Donphan What.
Zangoose What.
Seviper What.
Tropius(pre) Not an evo? o_O
Lucario What.
Toxicroak What.

... yeah. I need not say much else. :(

yes but they could make it so that there was a reason to use him

make him have like, one of the highest attacks in the game, or a signature bug move that does 150 and recoil damage :)

Fine, the only thing Pinsir needs in order to be viable is to gain Ground as a secondary typing. But that's it. No stat changes or movepool changes.

To repeat Tina... What?

Donphan is a very good Pokémon as it is. 120 in both attack and defense is very good. It's one of the best rapid spinners in the game as well. It also has a fantastic movepool of physical attacks to work with.

I had an idea for a ditto evo. Ditto's stats are pretty bad, so what if it had an evolution with better stats? It would still ahve the breeding thing but wold not learn anything other than transform still.

Um saying a certain Pokemon won't get an evolution is flawed, because Scisor and Scyther have the same base stat total. So who says a Pincer evolution won't follow it and become faster at the cost of strength or something. Granted they should just come up with a Pre-evo in that case however.

But anything that doesn't at least have 500 in their base total should evolve. Some of my favorite choices are: Marowak, Jynx, Ledian, Grumpig, Rapidash (if only to increase it to 535, since I already know it's at 500), Xatu, Sunflora. Those are my top choices for evolution.

For Pre-evo's , Tauros and Miltank shared Pre-evo, Skarmory, Pincer, and some others I can't think of.

If I'm allowed, I will post my ideas for the Evos of Marowak, Jynx, Ledian, Grumpig, Xatu, and Rapidash. The names and dex info may suck, but they are pretty decent. Especially Ledian evolution's ability.

The problem with this statement is that Scyther actually did have a base stat allocation (and typing) problem. It was far too fragile to actually live up to it's image of badassery that it managed to gain. Not to mention that Bug/Flying is a horrid type combination with a huge number of weaknesses. Plus there's a zillion of them.

Pinsir actually has no such problems. In fact, right now it's unique in that it's the only pure bug type that's somewhat playable in OU (although it's far better off in UU).

Also, I kinda doubt they'll give a pre-evolution to Pinsir because for some reason, they don't give baby forms to Pokémon in the bug egg group. You have a far better chance of getting a baby form if you belong to the Fairy or Humanshape ones. So I also doubt that even Tauros and Miltank will get a baby form.

Another thing I would like to add. I don't think they'll give evolution to Pokémon that evolve by evolutionary stone. Stone evolution seems to be pretty final. Despite there being Pokémon like Delcatty and Sunflora.

While Pincer might not get a pre-evo (even if I could see it), Tauros and Miltank really need one.

Edit: Lapras could use a pre-evo as well, I forgot.

That's one of the problems I was facing, because awhile ago when looking at the Pokemon and I saw Sunflora's horrible stats, it did occur to me that because it evolved through a stone it would be screwed like that. I guess I ignored it if because Porygon can evolve through trading twice and it even has a trade item needed making it a lot like stone evolutions. Even ignoring the the fact Porygon is basically a digimon Pokemon.

Thing is though, Marowak has the Thick Club that doubles its attack. An evo would make that... ridiculously broken.

My evolution can't use the thick club which is only used for Marowak and Cubone. Just like the light ball with Pikachu.

That was one of my issues about Marowak as well. So the thick club would be useless for the evolution. Realistically if this were the anime it's because the thick club bonds with Marowak upon evolution giving it that high attack base stat of 110.

Kangaskhan won't get a pre evo because its already staged in Pokedex entries on how the baby in the mother pouch fits and it grows up into looking like its parent.

So far any pokemon that looks as if its a fully grown animal,: rapidash, Stantler, Honchkrow, tauros, sandslash and so on don't evolve further. Rhydon looks more monster like than animal like so it does not count, still I never understood why they want to make it evolveagain, even if it can use a lot of moves, but then again, its weak to a lot of moves and easily KO'd by a simple Grass Knot if its used with the right stats pokemon.

Yeah, I agree that Pokemon that evolve via stones or being traded with certain items shouldn't be included in this listing. I mainly made the list with how matured the Pokemon look in mind and by comparing them with Pokemon that do have more evolutions. I didn't really consider how broken some of them would be, but I'm sure they could figure out a way to make that work out easily. What inspired me to do this is how in the fourth generation there were a lot of new evolutions for Pokemon from prior gens.

I think they should make it where you can catch a 'Kangaskid' if you catch my drift. The only problem would be when it evolved and the conditions involved, you know?

Rapidash is pretty weak too. It excels in speed, but it's other capabilities make it a Pokemon I don't consider worth training. I would want an evolution for it just to make it more worth the time. I think Stantler could use a preevolution because it looks like such a full grown creature and there's no transition to really reflect the animal that inspired it.

Sandslash definitely could use an evolution. It looks just as mature as any other Pokemon on their second evolution and it has about the same stats too, but that doesn't really amount to those who have third evolutions. This is also an issue I have with Raichu. >>
