Basically, all you do is write what your every day activities would look like as Pokemon commands.

For Example:
LT used TYPE!
LT TYPED a POST!

I'll start!
Wild PHONE rang!
LT checked the CALLER ID!
LT used INFORM!
LT INFORMED sis about who was on the PHONE!
SIS answered Wild PHONE!
SIS is using PHONE!
