All of the different Weasley siblings, but there are more Weasleys than there are eons, unless you make Fred and George the same eon, which would make sense. Hermione would have to be an exceptionally clever or smart pokemon. A Psychic type. I would go with Gardevoir and its line. (depending on which year which you are referring to) Draco Malfoy-something that's all talk, but really nothing. Sneasel? Lord Voldemort-Seviper. Enough said. Sirius Black-Absol, but that is because it is said to come from the same legend as the Grim came from. I will do one more. Snape-this one is hard. Something really sinister, cunning, and oily, but maybe not truly evil. A Poison type. (The Potions master, for most of the books) Nidoking? (I was thinking Muk, but it just doesn't seem smart enough for all that.)

Okay, let's look at characteristics.
Harry - Brave, likes flying, tends to overreach himself in the name of the cause (what Hermione so wonderfully named "the hero thing" in OotP) and tends towards violent mood swings.
Heck! He's Ash's Charizard!
Ron - Loyal, not the brightest light in the box but always up for an adventure. Frequently gets himself in trouble by acting first and not worrying about the 'think' bit.
Hmmm... Apart from the gender swap, that makes him a dead ringer for Ash's Bayleef!
Hermione - The polar opposite of Ron. I can't guess how she convinced the Hat not to put her in Ravenclaw. She's smart, analytical and, when provoked, capable of giving a knock-out punch with one blow. However, provoking her is very hard; she avoids confrontations wherever possible.
I would point in the direction of a Noctowl who uses Hypnosis or Whirlwind as a get-out-of-battle tool.
Ginny - Action-oriented like her brother but maybe a little less able to look after herself. A bit of a tomboy but not without femininity.
I'd suggest a Kirlia that knows Teleport.
Finally...
Draco - A big-mouthed braggart but not that brave. In a corner, he knows the dirty moves but, when the chips are down, he isn't a fighter.
I think that he is something of a Spearow.
I guess you could use this as the basis of an HP fanfic with really freaky animagus transformations. :-D
