PokeRadio! The radio that plays Pokemon music!

This is a really cool idea, though the site and player do seem a little simplistic. I'd be all for a radio station that played only video game music.

^Yeah, we need an actual radio station I can listen to in my room at night =3

It just plays a few songs over and over. (cbf'ed counting how many) Hopefully they'll get more on there.

EDIT: It seems they've put more music there since last time I checked.

I tried listening to it today, but it wasn't working for some reason.....

Hi there. I am the owner of the site. I'd like to thank you first for checking it out. At this time the service is down for the forseeable future while I (slowly) attempt to get it all 100% setup before going on the air. 80% of this at the moment is getting some ~30 gigs of music properly tagged.

The intended plan, initially, is to be a fully automated station airing anything remotely Pokemon related. I am always welcome to new additions if they fit that simple criteria. If it came from something Pokemon based, it goes. With relation to the automated bit there would be scheduled show blocks where a specific theme could be aired. Late Friday nights all remixes/techno/dance/etc, Sat/Sun nights all movie music either vocal (4Kids etal) and/or orchestrated. Just as possible examples. Requests ALWAYS allowed and encouraged! And with those said requests, possible regular countdowns of top requested tracks depending on station popularity. Regular Pokemon news recaps in the brainstorming stage of the project. Likely reaired top of the hour or top of every other hour. Updated with new stuff as often as possible. And other possible ideas down the road.

As much as I adore straight shuffled music as much as the next person, anyone can easily accomplish that themselves. ;) 'Live'/Streaming radio really shines having extra 'personality' added.

I will end this post on a final note: I am always looking for new music I may not have to add to the library. If you think it is rare enough that I may not have, feel free to shoot me a PM! Caveat: Minimum quality acceptable is 256kbit/s. Preferably lossless if available (If you have original pressed/non-copied CD's, great! Easy to get lossless from!).

Ciao! And happy training!

S'ok. We've all been there. :)

I do respect the advertising bit though, hence the link in the OP has been redirected to our main site where any current and future updates will be made. As well, the link in my profile/sig will take you straight there.

Ciao!
