pokerus indication

I recently visited the pokemon center in oreborough just 30 mins after starting up a new pokemon platinum game when i was shocked to see the "your pokemon may be infected with pokerus....." appear this is te first time it has ever happened to me.I was shocked.

Ok down to business,I checked my party and to my disaray i seen no pokemon whatsoever with the purple rectangle with the letters pkrs in it on any of them.What do i do?

oh it's nothing but PokeRus

quite rare.... all the pokemon in your team will gain Exp. in battle , good for training

Do your Pokémon have the cured of Pokérus symbol? It's a smiley face.

no i've only had it for a few hours it goes after 3 days right?

It goes away after a total of 24 hours of being in your party.

Did you release or trade any Pokémon before you went to the Pokémon Center? If not, your game is likely either hacked or fake.
