Hey!
I recently posted this on Simple Questions/Simple Answers but there wasn't really much of a response, but I'm posting again because I think it's worthwhile to point out.

I've recently been training a Joltik when I realised that it had lost its Pokerus without leaving a smiley face, twice.
I did a test yesterday and I infected 3 Pokemon using my Crawdaunt (which was the Pokemon I'd used to infect Joltik both times previously). And when I opened my game today I found that all 3 Pokemon had lost Pokerus (with no smiley face). I took photos both times, but I realised they were pretty redundant because I could've easily taken the cured photos before infection (so you only have my word for it) :)

Not sure if anyone has experienced this as well. According to the Pokerus page, Pokerus strains of "X values of 0 are not legitimate, since upon being "cured" the Pokémon would appear to have never had Pokérus at all." I was thinking that maybe that in Pokemon X/Y it's now possible to obtain a strain X = 0 such that when cured, the Pokemon is left with no trace at all (and can be reinfected) (In my case, Crawdaunt may be passing on strain X = 0?)

What do you think is happening? Or is this a glitch in XY? :)

What happens if you leave Crawdaunt out? (Assuming of course you first assign another Pokemon as your PC sample.)

Well if your Craudawnt had the pokerus and the other Pokemon got the status looking symbol for it and yet still later on it vanished then it must be a glitch.

No idea how that's possible though.

Crawdaunt just lost Pokerus without any trace that it'd had it. I filmed it this time but I don't know how to upload it (and don't have much time on me at the moment too).

Why would you want to cure Pokerus though?

It's not because I want to lose Pokerus. :)
It's just that it's never happened like this before (and I don't think it's supposed to!)

I think it happened to me once... I have Froakie with Pokérus but I played Super Training anyway and it didn't get single battle. It lost virus and even, time haven't pass midnight, if I recall correctly.

It probably happens if you haven't make your Pokémon to battle, I guess.
