Pokerus; Offering Pearl or Heartgold Exclusives

I don't have the pokerus in my Gen IV games, and I'd like to get it. I can offer any version-exclusives for Pearl or Heartgold that aren't legendaries.
 
I can get it to you for free (well, maybe an item like a nugget or something would be nice!)
