a friend of mine looked at the status page of his azurill,stunky,quagsire,and chansey. he saw a strange symbol. i drew a pic of it. is it pokerus?
 
It means the pokemon has had Pokerus and has now recovered from it.

You can tell if a pokemon has it because it'll have a purple status rectangle that says "PKRS." You can see more or less what it looks like here.
