So, what's everyone's favorite PokeSpe pairings and why?
Thread not meant to be a shipping debate; just curious as to what people like and their reasoning for it.

I have a huge number of favorites/pairings I like so I'm not going to go into the whys x_x

My impulse is Cyrus/Lance, but it would be founded on their mutual hatred for humankind in its current state, so I can't see it lasting.

And I think there'd be some kind of mutual hero worship thing between Mask of Ice and Cyrus, but it wouldn't be shippy.

I swear Sabrina and Koga have a thing for Giovanni.
 
Well, we know Giovanni is paired with SOMEONE, otherwise there wouldn't be a Silver.

Special has more Misty/Ash(Red) than the anime. If you count Ash as Red.

Lance/Clair (Incest? Are they FIRST cousins?)
HEY I BET LANCE/CYRUS WOULD SO WORK OUT 'CAUSE THEY'S GOT THE SAME IDELOGY! They'd be so cute!

And oh Gawd whenver I see the character Pearl paired with anyone guess what I automatically think. -_-
 
nah, I don't think you can say that the characters in PokeSpe can count towards their anime counterparts
That's like saying Sapphire is a sweet, unsure, docile girl who likes Pokemon contests.
...Yeah, right.
 
Sorry, I have no idea who Sapphire is, or who her anime counterpart is. I've only gone up to Yellow.

Hmm, I still think PokeSpe's original parts kinda leaned a teeny bit to anime, character-wise. But I don't think this is the right thread for it.
 
Huge … huge OriginShipper here, I mean. GracefulShipping is nice too because it's pretty much canon, but you know. I just love the scene where Wallace holds ded!Steven in his arms.

Brandon and Tucker's disdain for Emerald is what made me put them together, even if they're polar opposites.

On what Blackjack said, Lance/Cyrus? Oh boy. That would be a hot mess.
 
The only shipping I see is Frantic(RubyxSapphire) for the holders, and if you wanna go with Gym leaders, Origin(?) XP and Graceful.

I don't get where people are getting clues about Oldrival (GreenxBlue) and Chosen (BluexSilver). For the latter I only see a sibling relationship.
 
Originshipping AND gracefulshipping make me a very happy fangirl.
Mikuri and Daigo are bishes, srsly. 8D

I like oldrivalshipping because Blue is really really really compatible. She and Green have the "I hate you but secretly I like you" vibe. I think their interactions are interesting and Blue has a real softspot for her fellow holders.
I like chosenshipping because.... It has to do with the Mask of Ice thing and whatnot. I too see it as a sibling/incest relationship but that doesn't mean I don't like it `-`
 
I dunno. I couldn't feel that between Blue and Green, honestly. Blue greatly cooled down in the FR/LG arc, she wasn't what she was in the earlier arcs. Green still acts the same to me.

Chosen now I think is one-sided, from Silver's vantage point, possibly.
 
Everyone seems to have gotten the Blue x Green thing from the original manga, didn't she say to him at one point (FR/LG) that she liked him?

Huh. I wonder why it got cut from the English edition.

Another biggie is Lance x Yellow. Meh.
But if you throw Giovanni into the mix though ...

Of course, I'm a Championshipper (Lance x Red). I'll also Luckyship once in a while...

But my next favorite is Metroshipping (Wallace x Ruby), because it's just so cute. Also, Originshipping and Gracefulshipping aren't bad either.
 
I like ChoosenShipping, FranticShipping, GracefulShipping, and OriginShipping.
 
anime shippings are Pokeshipping,Contestshipping,Ikarishipping, the shipping of Hikari's Buneary and Shinji's Weavile need to remember more......might get more results later
 
I'm talking about shippings from Pokemon Special, the manga
not the anime.
You'll find plenty of threads about those.
