Ok, I just finished the basics of a new site: Pokétools.
It's a site with a lot of downloadable stuff (which still needs to be added^^).
Of course the whole thing is legal.
I'm not going to put episodes or music for download.

I want more than just tools, I want explanations - what does each tool do, and how - I'm more interested in getting information about the internals of the games, rather than the application of such information.
