If it says it's only possible to find females and you found a female. I see no problem.

EDIT: It actually says that only males are available. You sure it was female?

ya im sure its a female and i mistyped female instead of male by accident for they can only be male

Well then you got yourself a female Spearow. Either Bulbapedia's wrong or there's something up. I'm guessing the first. {BLASPHEMY! *SHOT*)

Okay... I had to recheck before I commented... Now, I just did Noisy Forest and caught a Spearow and it indeed did come out to be a male. Now... there has never been a report that I have seen of a shiny Pokemon coming from the Pokewalker... and not only is this thing that you said you caught shiny... it's female... If this were the case, then

are all wrong :/ ... now with that thought in mind... I've seen your evidence, which can be easily created with pokesav or something of the sort... and the other Pokemon you were showing caught on the Pokewalker seemed normal... could you go catch another Spearow in Noisy Forest and report it's gender back here?... it should be male :/

He/She didn't mention it being shiny....

Yeah they did haha... they made a separate thread about it and a youtube video... the whole reason they made this thread is because I called them out on the fact that their shiny Pokewalker Pokemon was a female when it's supposed to be male only.

EDIT: Here you go
