I would say Sandy, since Spongebob seems to hang out with her more than Pearl.

And please, do not tell me Spongebob is gay.
 
Hate to tell you but, Spongebob isn't straight either. He's a sponge; they reproduce asexually. To quote Wikipedia:

n 2002, when SpongeBob's popularity with gay men grew, Hillenburg denied that SpongeBob was gay. He clarified that he considers the character to be "almost asexual;" he has been shown in various episodes to regenerate his limbs and reproduce by "budding", much like real sponges do. After Dobson's comments, Hillenburg repeated this assertion that sexual preference was never considered during the creation of the show.

Mr. Krabs has Pearl (who is a whale) for a daughter. There is nothing in the Spongebob world that he can't marry a different species.

But he considers her a daughter, rather than a pet. I don't see why it would be much different for a sponge to marry a squirrel.

Also, another possibility could be that Mrs. Krabs was a whale.
