Can anyone help? How do you do this with DS codes? (Note: I want to convert codes from the US to the UK (PAL) version)

I also think this would be a good place to regional request codes to be converted, and leave the Code Request thread just for regular code requests.

To start things off, can someone convert this US Pokemon Rangers: Guardian Signs code (1st Pokemon modifier), to the EU version?
