Porygon (egg if possible)

I would really like to get my hands on a Porygon that I can raise into a battle-worthy Porygon-Z. Ordinarily, I'd breed it myself, but this one needs a particular set of IVs for a Hidden Power type I want. (That would be Fighting.) I really just need the Hidden Power, but here's the IV spread I'd prefer:

HP / Atk / Def / SAtk / SDef / Spe
31 / 2 / 30 / 30 / 30 / 30​

I also need it to be Modest with the Download ability. If it's possible, I'd like it to arrive in Egg form so I can make absolutely sure it has the nickname I want (in case I change my mind from the following). If that's impossible, though, then .execution is the nickname I'd like to have on it.
