Possible new evolutions for Ash confirmed?

This was posted at SPP so might as well bring it here. This is a promotion page for the 12th movie from Tomy Arts, where the toys usually are correct with Pokemon on the group at the time, previous MC figures were correct about Pokemon like Yanmega, Glaceon, Mamoswine, etc.

The upcoming promotion for the 12th movie pretty much confirms Ash will get Monferno and likely Staraptor in the near future.

It also seems like Heatran is in Movie 12. I don't know who the Bronzong belongs to, perhaps a movie character. Notch-eared Pichu is also listed.

Piplup obviously isn't evolving, pretty much like we all expected.

So with Heatran out of the way and Arceus coming in Movie 12 as well, that only leaves Phione, which will probably be in an episode or special in March, and the Pixies, which will probably be anime only.

Yay for Staraptor and Monferno though, but I do wonder what that Toxicroak figure means, if it means anything at all.
 
Heatran's role will probably be similar to Regigigas's role in the 11th movie.

Oh and look, Gliscor is there and there's no mention of... 'that' Pokemon.

Saturn's? Although his Toxicroak has already appeared. Unless it's getting a bigger role in a future Team Galactic episode or something.

No. It's not Saturn's (TG won't appear in the movies, live with it, Movies =/= Games. If TG was meant to appear in the trilogy, it would already appear.) and I hope that this movie proves once forever that Saturn's Dokurog's "shiny" coloration is Anime Dokurog's REGULAR COLORATION!

I can't believe that people still think Saturn's Toxicroak is shiny...
 
So toys predict the future of Ash's team. It only get the spectualators more excited. I'll just sit back and see what happens.

...... This is why I don't post much.

I was talking about a Dokurog MC figure which was shown in that site last year, it was questioned whenever this had to do with Takeshi's Gureggru or not. Now we know it's not as Gureggru is on the list above.

And besides, Dokurog isn't even on that list. Gureggru yes. Dokurog no.

Btw, I've never debated Team Galaxy appearing in movies in any Pokemon forum I've been to (and by any, I mean only two).

Umm... all Satoshi's pokemon are there except one...Why isn't Bouysel/Floatsel listed? Weird.

Since TomyMC has been right in the past (Grotle was the latest one) we can now assume that Satoshi is guaranteed a Monferno which will evolve in either DP110 or 111 (since another TomyMC of it is coming out next week).

Staraptor isn't really guaranteed yet since there has been no single-release of its figure announced, but well, since Staraptor is in there i'll assume it belongs to Satoshi.
 
I like the idea of Staraptor evolving right before Snowpoint so it could battle Candice's Medicham. Sounds like the most logical time for it be used.

Monferno should be here by the end of this month I think.

I imagine we won't get Infernape until after Sinnoh is over, just like we didn't get Sceptile until after Hoenn.
 
I've been waiting to see Staraptor and Monferno since before the fifth gym.

Now, I'm just hoping they show up and ASAP.
 
Heh, I just thought of something, this confirms that Ash will not be getting a Riolu in the Iron Island arc.

Ash will NOT be getting rid of Gliscor, as its still on his team by the 12th movie this summer. Wow, I just thought of this now, but it really does seem like no Riolu/Lucario will be part of the cast.

I always thought Ash getting Riolu was wishful thinking on the fans part anyway, Scott.

The problem with Riolu/Lucario on Ash's team is that it's a popular powerhouse Pokémon, which Ash has never had before on his team.

Ash has never had an Alakazam or Salamence. So, why have a Riolu/Lucario?

I never looked at the eighth movie as "proof" for Ash to have one, even though I think it was the best of the Pokémon movies.
 
Glad everything is turning out like expected. I'm hoping Buizel will eventually evolve, but if the only evolution left is Moukazaru to Goukazaru I wont be too upset.

Maybe this will help everyone realize his current team will end up just as strong, or stronger than the Houen team.
 
Funny, the only evolution we didn't know a sh!t about until this figure announcement was Bouysel -> Floatsel (Monferno had that figure coming out quite a while ago, Staraptor is hinted at through Starly evolving into Staravia already in DP14... etc). And then, ironically, Bouysel/Floatsel is the only one from Satoshi's team who isn't present here at all.. seems like the writers really want to keep it a secret. ^^
