Preorder Bonuses

Sorry if this is old news, but I haven't found a legitimate source for many of the assumed preorder bonuses. Does anyone have any ideas about what we can receive from where? I plan on calling a few places later this week, but figured I could start here and check with everyone.

In Australia, we will receive a pokeball shaped 3DS holder, which holds up to 3 3DS games I believe. I'm unaware on what bonuses other countries will be providing.
 
In the US, the only thing that's been announced is you get posters from GameStop depending on if you preorder one or both.
 
The UK pre-order is the Poke-ball shaped 3DS game holder as well.
