Now that they stopped having the promo item being sleeves (which I liked!) and started giving out deck boxes, what are they like? What kind of material is it made out of and how big is it? Is it longer than the average deck box or do pictures just make them look that way?

The deck boxes are really shitty. They fall apart easily. They're smaller than typical deckboxes, IIRC, but not by much. They can still hold a full deck, I think.

I've stopped going to prereleases since they stopped giving out sleeves... it was great when you could sell the sleeves for half of your total entry fee, but nobody wants the deckboxes. :<
