Problem editing 'pedia

Hey there, tried to create an account on Bulbapedia and got this:

"Account creation from this IP address (xxx) has been blocked by Shiningpikablu252.

The reason given by Shiningpikablu252 is Autoblocked because your IP address has been recently used by "Cervos". The reason given for Cervos's block is: "Your shoe's untied: Won't stop adding speculation even when warned" "

Since I'd never tried to edit Bulbapedia before I'm thinking this is a problem?

I'm having edit problems as well, but not for the above reasons. When I try to either preview or save an edited page, I get an error page saying "Bad title." However, it happens on and off. I still managed to get my edits in.

It sometimes does that for pages with non-alphanumeric characters in their titles for unknown reasons. It will be fixed with the big downtime this weekend.
