Problem with Blog...

First, I made a blog and saved it as a draft, well later I came back to post it, and I couldn't figure out how to do so. Could anyone shed a little light? Second, I couldn't delete said draft after I just copied the text into a new entry. It said, that I was trying to do something that weren't within my abilities or something to the such... again any help? Thanks in advance!
