Problems with learning moves. (Fire Red)

Hey guys, I'm having some problems with a couple of my Pokemon learning moves.

One of them is a Spearow that I stopped from evolving so it could learn moves quicker, it's now at level 23, but it hasn't learned mirror move yet.

The other one is a Kadabra that I kept from evolving from Abra for several levels for the same reasons. It's now level 20 and it hasn't learned Confusion or Disable. All it knows is Teleport.

I don't really know what's going on with them, if anyone could shed some light on the matter it would be greatly appreciated!

Maybe you should actually check what levels they are supposed to learn these moves in the first place before asking :/

Spearow doesn't learn Mirror Move until level 31. Its not even that worth it for Spearow since the levels Fearow learns those moves are like only one level apart. Things like Dragonite which learn moves very late would be better for this method :/

Abra doesn't learn anything but Teleport. Considering that you refer to it as Kadabra, I assume you evolved it? Yeah, you missed your chance to learn Confusion and Disable.

Yeah, I evolved my Abra. And on Bulbapedia it says Spearow learns Mirror Move by level 21? I could be wrong.

Yeah, in Gen IV. In Gen III it doesn't.
