Problems with Mailbag??

Hello, when I try to enter the mailbag at Pokemon.com I immediately get an auto-reply message saying that the message delivery failed.

Does anybody else have this problem? How are you supposed to enter the Mailbag?

Though the rules won't come up if I hit the "Mailbag Rules" link, the next few sections come up just fine for me.

Though after returning to the main page, I got some "callback failure" thingy.
