There are two members who are having problems getting the forums to load on their computers. This has been an issue since December 24th. When they try to access either the BMG FB Forum link or the main BMG Index page they keep receiving "The connection has timed out. The server at bmgf.bulbagarden.net is taking too long to respond," or "This web page is not available". They have cleaned the history, cookies, and cache on both of their computers and restarted them, but that hasn't solved anything either.
The one thing that has somewhat worked for them is when they tried logging in using an American IP Address they were able to to access the forum, albeit not properly. It was very laggy, and the pages weren't loading properly. It was more like an index/archive page. No background, no borders, no colour, just text. Both members are from Australia so I am wondering if there is some kind of connection problem with people in Australia right now or if this is something else. It seems odd to me that using different computers and even different IP Addresses would cause so much trouble. Any help with this problem would be appreciated.
