Professor Willow and Assistants in LGPE?

Three confirmed information:

1. Professor Willow studied under Professor Oak. I don't know how it is mentioned in other languages, but Pokemon GO in my language says that Professor Oak was Willow's advising professor (something like a doctoral advisor).

2. Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee are set in Kanto.

3. Let's GO Pikachu/Eevee will be connected to Pokemon GO in several ways.


So the question is,

1. Would Professor Willow and his assistants make an appearance in Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee?

2. If so, what would they do?

Alternate universe version of Willow?

If they bring in Willow directly, then it's highly unlikely given his different art style that would suit No More Heroes universe instead of LGPE universe.

Considering the popularity of the three assistants I could see them being put in or at least makeing cameos. But who knows for certain.
