Project Morru : Pixel artists, i choose you!

Greetings from the world of pokémon! Wait, that's supposed to be Prof. Spruce's line..wait,Spruce? We've heard of Oak, Elm. Birch, Rowan, and even Ivy--but Spruce?
You may now ask what this thread is for. But before I forget, hi to all pokémon fans in the forum. I am MorruMaster14, and I've created a new generation of pokémon. Now the major problem is that I can't scratch a sprite. I'm terrible as a magikarp

at it. (Though I can do a revamp of a G/S/C or an R/B/Y sprite but my skills at that still needs to be sharpened.) I can't scratch the pokémon of the Morru Region. That is why, with all begging and humility:unworthy: i ask you talented pixel artists to please help these poor unsprited pokémon out. I know it's probably asking a lot,but if you help, I sincerely thank you.
How does this work? Well, i'm going to place the picture of the pokémon here [Decently (not spectacularly) drawn in MS Paint]and some info on it. Then anyone kind enough can sprite them and post their works here. So I create the pokémon, you sprite 'em. Don't worry, i'll always make sure to give credit where credit is due, so you wont have to worry about me using your spriteworks without the proper credit. I'm a desperate dunsparce

I'd gladly sprite some for you. But can we change the colors just a little bit? I can think of a few things that could make that look a little better.

I'll try to improve the art by trying to paint them in GIMP, might also upload photos of my drawings.
Also, yeh you can change the colors, but please not Steegra's purple-ish plate- it's kind of the trademark of the grass family. Unless you can suggest a better color than purple, then its ok. The plate is actually a petal.

Kellepy's main body color is light to aqua blue, most likely to be close to squirtle's. It's "seaweed scarf" is sort of a spring to se to lime green color, possibly near celebi's color. It's pearl and eyes are white.

I made the rodent, but I still need the colours for it.

I'll recolour my Kellepy sprite when I get on the right computer. (I'm on my laptop right now. I can only do scratch sprites on my laptop.)
