PS3 Game Updating Problems

Okay Im having this problem when trying to update any of my PS3 games

The Update goes, then stops between 10% and 20%, and I get error 80710723

Soooo anyone got a solution?
 
Sony's website is really hard to get around. According to Sony's website...
"80710723 Network Server Timeout
Description: Timeout when attempting to connect to the network server. This may be due to a slow connection or high traffic from your Internet Service Provider.


Try this:
  • Attempt to connect at a later time or contact your Internet Service Provider to check the speed of your Internet service.
