That's so true.
I saw a story on SBS last night concerning this exactly.
It showed people queuing in New York when the PS3 was released. THere were 2 seperate ones. The first (PS3) had people swearing, fighting, and I'm sure you have heard about the customer who was shot.
The second (Wii) was how great the Wii was and everybody in the story was smiling.
