Wow, REALLY nice pieces you've got there, K.Yoon! I've been KILLING myself to make it look like Ken Sugimori's art style but I never got it right. You definetly have... You gotta' tell me the trick to coloring these guys... oh and inking too... I'm terrible at inking.

Honestly, Pokepages is good, but his older pictures really do show that he has made improvements because that doesn't even look close to an official art. Besides, the idea of faking Art as official makes you look mischievous or eccentric, but doing that with other people's art is rather disrespectful.

Oh my mistake, that is actually your drawing, well.. it'll take a lot to make it look official from what you have. Besides practicing Sugimori's artstyle more you'd have to reformat the ad. Nothing gets announced first in the US/Europe that big so you'd have to make it in Japanese. Generally, full images like that Sugimori uses to show a feature in the game. So if you thought up a new image do that. Then, you should make it looked like cluttered design of a coro coro mag scan, making it 2-5 pages, a large image of the playable characters and the three starters, maybe a few random comments or fake screens, and a full article in Japanese, checked for grammar and style. Then make sure you release it in a week or so before the Coro Coro magazine comes out, preferably where pokemon is mentioned in the preview of the last mag. Doing something like that would really get people to believe you and riot about it for a month.
