Qestion on Accuracy calculator

I have been working on translating pokemon into a DnD format.
My group and I have figured out nearly every calculation except Accuracy.

How is Accuracy calculated in pokemon?
 
This is a simple question thread question.


I am very interested though. If you'd like to post a blog about how you did it and the final results, I'd be very thankful
