i was wondering if i was to attatch two Darkness Energy (Special) to a darkness pokemon such as, Skuntank:

Does it get both effects of the darkness Energy (Special) *+10 damage*?

Im asking this cause the skuntank only uses one darkness energy, and on the darnkness energy special it says:
If the Pokémon Darkness Energy is attached to attacks, the attack does 10 more damage to the Active Pokémon (before applying Weakness and Resistance). Ignore this effect if the Pokémon that Darkness Energy is attached to isn't . Darkness Energy provides Energy. (Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)
Wouldn't if it "(Doesn't count as a basic Energy card.)" it wont take the special cause the attack only uses one darkness energy (for skunntank in this example).

Thanks

Yes, It would retain other effects even with Special Dark on it.

I think what he's asking is if the attack would do +20 damage even though the attack only calls for one darkness energy. The answer is yes-- your attacks will do +10 damage for each special dark attached no matter what the energy cost for the attack is.
