I am new to editing the Bulbapedia wiki. I have edited the wikis of several other games in the past. However, this one is different in a way. In the other games there were no guides or hacked code to verify information. Anything you added or edited was from personal observation. Here, the information comes from a source that should be more accurate than my personal experience. That makes me hesitant to make changes. However, I've been finding things that I know are incorrect. I'm not certain if I should just make the edits, make the edits and leave a comment in the talk section, etc.
For example, the Victory Road page shows 4 possible choices for horde encounters. I did 50 horde enounters and got 35 Geodude, 12 Floatzel and 3 Lickitung hordes. I didn't encounter a Graveller horde at all and it is listed as Average. I know 50 isn't the largest sample size but I seriously doubt I did not manage to find a single Graveller horde since they should be as frequent as Floatzel.
Do I just remove the Graveller line from the horde section? It could be that in different parts of the cave the encounters are different but I don't know. I only know about where I was testing. Any advice from experienced editors would be appreciated. I want to improve the wiki but I don't want to go about it the wrong way.
