Question about Fast Counter

Is it possible to sign up for Fast Counter anymore? If so, how do you do it, because I can only find the Pro version.
 
The way I did it was... I think I clicked on someone else's link, logged in with my existing Passport, and it told me "you're not the owner of this account, go to your control center" or something... see if that works. If not... well, you could make your own :)
