Question about the Gracidea Flower

Well, I went to download Shaymin back when it was being given away at Toys 'R' Us, and from what I've read, you can get the Gracidea Flower as early as the first time you pass through Floaroma Town if you have the event Shaymin in your party.

I'd like to know two things:

1) Are you able to come back to Floaroma Town for the Gracidea Flower, or do you have to have traded something for Shaymin *before* reaching it the first time?

2) How exactly do you get the Flower? Does someone just notice Shaymin and walk up to you with it, or do you have to talk to anyone in particular?
 
I think you just have to have Shaymin in your party, one that came from Toys R Us (or had a Fateful Encounter) and talk to the NPCs in Floroma Town.

What do you mean by Traded "something" for Shaymin?
 
You have to have the shaymin in your party. Then you go to Floraroma town and talk to a girl in the city. She will g=just give you one. You can do it at any time at your convience as long as your Shaymin is in the party.
