Question: How do I add "[Pokemon] Fan" plates under my username in threads?

Not a game-related question, I know, but about this particular thing on Bulbagarden that sparks my eye - some users I see have these cool looking plates displayed underneath their names in threads, which say a certain Pokemon they like as a fan in. For example, the first replier in my intro thread, named TheVocalsmith, has "Grookey Fan" and "Fuecoco Fan" seen below his name. So I'm curious on how to add a "[Pokemon] Fan" plate under my name too, like Charizard and/or Ampharos I can think of. I tried looking in my Settings and Preferences for a selection menu of this but I don't see any...unless I'm missing something? May I know the directions to this, please? Thanks. :)

Hello! The badges are currently just for the Gen 8 and 9 starters, but you can find them under Preferences.

You should see questions for "What's your favorite Generation 8 Starter?" and "What's your favorite Generation 9 Starter?" Select with the tab which starters you'd want the badge for, then you should be good to go. May take bit for the badge to actually take effect.

Why aren't there badges for the rest of the starters?

OK, thanks anyway! ^^ Also I am sorry for reposting this same thread - a while ago when I tried posting this first time, it didn't seem to respond on my browser. :O It took too long to load, and it didn't change to the next page on my screen, assuming Bulbagarden was having problems with maintenance and host. So now I've returned and tried posting this thread, but didn't check first that this was already posted, albeit now moved to another category I didn't choose myself. It got confusing, but just another accident made without intention! So sorry! :(

Just a lil thing, but if you want to quote multiple people at once when replying, you can use the "+ Quote" button in the bottom right of every post you want to quote. Then once you've selected them all that way, go into the typing box and click "Insert quotes" to add them all into your message. Not sure if you were aware, wanted to let you know so you can post more easily next time if you are chatting with several users ^^

Honestly, it was just a case of us only creating them for the latest games to have come out at the time we started, and not wanting the postbits to get excessively crowded too quickly. We'll probably go back and create ones for other gens eventually.

I wasn't aware of this, no, but thank you for telling me. :) I'll try and bare that in mind for next time, when quoting multiple users. [ok_hand]
