With the revival of Bulbacast comes the return of QotW! So here are the questions of the week:

Anime: If Ash/Satoshi were to no longer be the main character in the anime, who would replace him? An already existent character? If not, what sort of character would replace him?

Video Games: What form of government do you think exists in the video games?

Best three answers will be read on Bulbacast!

Yes, but we want to hear the audience's perspective.

Don't put 'our', then, as in "So here are our questions of the week" 'The' questions, 'the'. Otherwise, it sounds like it's the cast who has to ask, not the audience.

Anime: If Ash were replaced in the anime, it would obviously be with the main male protagonist of the 6th gen. I don't see what people would expect otherwise, they would likely use the main male and female of each gen as the new heroes. It would be similar to how Misty was replaced, they drop a character who no longer had any purpose and brought a much more engaging character in place. For Ash, it would be the same deal.

Video games: This is interesting because I've always wondered myself if there is a government in the games and if so what kind?

I think that it could be a Consociationalism form of government, where "...a state which has major internal divisions along ethnic, religious, or linguistic lines, with none of the divisions large enough to form a majority group, yet nonetheless manages to remain stable, due to consultation among the elites of each of its major social groups" (Wikipedia ).

The state could be defined as a land (Kanto, Sinnoh, Unovoh, etc.) where there are many towns with Gym Leaders (the elites) or Elite Four usually watching over them, holding some influence maybe.

Anime: If Ash was no longer the main character, I would like Cilan to replace him. He just adds sparkle to every anime. It would be hilarious. I would just imagine Iris continuously trolling Cilan. Then, like in one series of Pokemon parodies, have Iris die every episode and mysteriously coming back to life in the next episode. At the end of every episode, they would go all like,"Yay! We killed Iris!"
