Ok, I'm new to this forum, so if I'm in the wrong spot, sorry. I have a question about EV training. I know how to EV train, I've been doing it for quite a while now. However, if, at level 99, you use the berries to remove every single EV you've ever given your pokemon, and then re-train it with a different set of stats, will the pokemon still have the advanced stats from the first set of EV's?
Since that is horribly confusing: I train the EV's of my Arcanine in Hit Points and Attack. At level 99 I remove all of his HP and Atk EV's by using the berries. I then train the Arcanine with Speed and Defense EV's. When he goes to level 100 he will gain all the EV bonuses from the Speed and Defense EV's, but will he keep the bonuses he's earned from the Hit Point and Attack ones?
