Question On the Motion From Birthdays and Blood Types of Main Characters

I researched the characters biographies a long period ago and I've noticed that each of the main individuals have blood type and birthday listed. I haven't entirely read through the entire series, but my question is if the information is specifically stated in dialogue or in some other form.
