Hmm, i wanted to open a GFX shop here.

& i was wondering if i was allowed to open a shop, & as for payment, i could request pokemon?

For example.

"Customer" ;; I would like a signature please, [details here]
"Me" ;; DO you have any pokemon you could offer?
-----
He would pay with a pokemon via Trade.

Is this allowed?

No, I think its perfectly fine since there was a similar idea a while back. You may have to discuss where to put it though i.e. in the Artisans Gallery or in the Trade Center.
