Question regarding dungeons/temples in my fanfic

In my Pokemon/Zelda crossover, the characters have to go through dungeons and temples like in the Legend of Zelda games. Also, how should do this sort of scene? And what about the boss battles? I was thinking of doing multiple boss rooms as the group grows in number. Now, how would I do these battles and switch between scenes where they are battling a dungeon/temple boss?
 
Hard question.

I'd suggest just writing it out and seeing what you think. Without anything to go on, it's hard for people to advise you on style or things like that.

Just go for it :)
