so I flipped a coin, and Anime was it.

Going through my binder today, I noticed the illustrator of the Team Rocket's Meowth promo card was Kunihiko Yuyama. Is this the same one who directs the anime, or is it just pure coincidence?

Call me crazy but awhile back whilst I was looking through pokemon movies on the IMDB I remember him being the storyboard artist for a few of the movies. So I dont think it would be to crazy to say that he did the art for that card. Though I cant say for sure.

Well, Meowth's not too hard to draw...

Still, you don't have many animation directors over here that also draw their characters (Tim Burton being the exception)
