Ok so i started a group about dragonite (feel free to join it :-D )..
I want to add pictures but are there any rules like copyright regarding it?
Also, i want to add a link to it from my sig..How do i do it?

Well to add a link to your signature you could copy/past this into your sig.

If you find artwork drawn by a fan on a site such as Deviantart or tubmlr, you're supposed to give credit to the artist. If the artwork is directly from the game (ie: this), credit isn't necessary.

Fair-use images (ie: Pokémon in-game sprites) don't require credit, but images with watermarks, or those that are made by a site artist, require credit.
