Hi all, unaware of where to post this, but I've been thinking of recently editing bulbapedia for people with the pokedex entries and locations for Alpha Sapphire on Bulbapedia. Is there any objections to this? (Note: I am confident in my abilities, I edited gibles location along with it's evolutions).

There is no need to ask to do something like this. Bulbapedia is a resource that anyone with a non-blocked account is allowed to freely edit for the purpose of improving information.
