I think that the redub was included with the Lucario movie DVD. It isn't too hard to find online.

Was it all redubbed? I know Ash's parts were redone with Sarah Natochenny and a few lines were also redone, but the rest of the lines sound the same.

I think only Ash was re-dubbed, the rumor being that "people complained".

Of course, if they were truly listening about complaints, they'd have kept the original VAs.
