How do you write "The Ultimate Journey" in kanji/katana?
 
Hmmm....Japanese doesn't exactly use the word ultimate as it's used idiomatically in English (I assume you're meaning something like "The best journey", not "The final journey"). This should approximate what you're looking for.

最高の旅
さいこう　の　たび
saikō no tabi

Because you also hear saikyô fairly often, in similar context?
