Could someone lead me to the locations of Gligar's evolution item (Sharp Fang), and Sneasel's evolution item (Sharp Claw)?
 
Sorry to be bleak on this, though Sneasel's evolution item can be found on Wild Sneasel as well as Underground.

Gligar's evolution item can apparently be bought in the Battle Tower.

Again pardon the bleak hints as I am translating from a Japanese Wiki and it is early in the morning.
 
Actually, the items wild sneasel hold are quick claws and scythe claws (or whatever you guys wanna call 'em). The hooked claw (see how this can be confusing?) is found in Victory Road at the very least. If you're able to get more than one per game, I wouldn't know.
 
I found the Sharp Claw in Victory Road, and yeah I can get Sharp Fang for 48BP at the Battle Tower. Thanks :-)
